How it works

From a signed listing to Sold

The site goes live with the listing, and the 3D follows within days. We handle every change until the home sells, so the site stays as current as the MLS.

  1. Tell us about the listing

    Send the area, the size, the package you’re considering and the planned MLS date. We reply within one business day.

  2. Send the plans and details

    Floor plans, the listing details, your brokerage information and the seller’s consent. For a resale home without plans, we visit and measure it.

  3. The shoot

    On Complete and Signature, we photograph the home, including drone photos. Twilight is shot on the same visit when it’s booked. On Listing Site, your photographer sends us the files.

  4. A private preview

    You and the seller review the site and ask for changes before it goes public. During coming soon, it can stay invite-only.

  5. Live on MLS day

    The site launches the day the listing goes active, with the photos, details, floor plan, brochure and showing request.

  6. The 3D follows

    The photoreal model, the floors linked to each room and the sun study go live within 5 business days of having everything we need.

  7. Changes until it sells

    Price changes, open houses, status and new photos: send them to us and we update the site, for up to 12 months.

  8. Sold

    The site shows the home as sold for 30 days, then comes down or stays as a one-page record for your portfolio.

When the 3D clock starts

The 5 business days start once we have everything on our checklist, or once our shoot or site visit is done. We confirm the start in writing.

If something is missing

We tell you the same day what it is. The clock pauses while we wait for files, approvals or access, and picks up again when they arrive.

Need it sooner?

Rush delivery is $450 and shortens the window once everything is in. It can’t start before the requirements arrive.

Where we work

We’re based in Denton and photograph homes across Dallas–Fort Worth. For a home outside the area, choose Listing Site and send your photographer’s files; everything else is done remotely.
